Richard Means, a graduate of Lipscomb University, joined AFI in 1994 and has served as administrator since 1999. After marrying Katie Davis in 1998 they moved to Franklin, TN and had three daughters, Ashton Avery and Addison.

His interests include football, hockey, photography and "of course working every day with my father and cousin".
